$35.35 - $45.96The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Responsibilities:
GENERAL PURPOSE:CPM is an optimization clinic for patients preparing to undergo surgery. Primary role will be in the clinic performing in-person screening to ensure patients are safe to undergo anesthesia. Other tasks may include bloodwork, specimen collection, POCT, and EKGs. You will work closely with the CPM team which consists of Attendings, APP’s, Residents, Nurses, Techs, Radiology, Phlebotomy and Admin. Patients will receive their preoperative instructions and education while in the clinic. CPM is also an anemia optimization clinic. IV skills a plus for iron infusions. We are an Age-Friendly Health System - Committed to Care Excellence, focusing on What Matters, Medication, Mentation, and Mobility. The role also consists of telephone screening, collecting and reviewing medical history for day of surgery preparation. Will work closely with the surgeon’s office and must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and clinical competency. Seeking RN with 3 years acute clinical experience with a knowledgebase of Perioperative medicine a plus. Basic computer skills required.
