GENERAL PURPOSE:Per Diem position, Days
Come join us! Exciting opportunity to become part of the Primary Care Network team! Internal Medicine practice providing outpatient services for ages 18 to Senior. Includes preventative health maintenance, chronic and acute care needs. This employment opportunity will offer a chance for training and assisting with inputting information. Prepares project reports, presentations, documentation, or other related materials. For Training Maintains project files and records, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible. Will assist with inputting patient data into electron charting, Collects and compiles data for project analysis and reporting. Creates spreadsheets, charts, and graphs to support project tracking and reporting. May coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
