Compensation Range:

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Responsibilities:

GENERAL PURPOSE:

Responsible for the daily operations, and resource support for Department training programs, supporting the educational, regulatory and strategic goals of the department. Plans the development of education programs/curriculum, onboarding, training, continuing education and competency. Implements daily operations and assists leadership in strategic plans for all professional training programs. Develops and implements educational material and curriculum.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Develops and creates educational programs, including but not limited to, presentations, videos, on-line courses, teaching tools, handbooks, simulation scripts, newsletters, etc. - Provides training through various modalities, including but not limited to, simulation, laboratory sessions, lectures, online, and asynchronous programs. - Perform multidisciplinary quality assurance reviews and/or performance improvement plans. - Other duties as assigned. MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE - Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience required - Or equivalent combination of education and experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
