Responsibilities:
GENERAL PURPOSE:Full Time, 36 hours per week (Monday through Friday)
The Center for Perioperative Medicine is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our team, with a primary focus on anticoagulation management and surgical readiness. The LPN will collaborate closely with prescribing physicians, surgeons, advanced practice providers, anesthesia teams, and surgical office staff to facilitate timely surgical plans, manage medication adjustments, and prepare patients for successful operative experiences.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical competency, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
