Responsibilities:
GENERAL PURPOSE:Full time (40) Days
This growing multi-site URMC Allergy, Immunology & Rheumatology practice is seeking a team-oriented and motivated Registered Nurse to join our clinical team in the Geneseo area, with occasional travel to support other offices. This role is designed for a collaborative professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who can work seamlessly with local Allergists, Immunologists, and Rheumatologists. The successful applicant will manage a diverse range of clinical responsibilities, including the care and education of adult Rheumatology patients through infusion therapy, as well as supporting Allergy and Immunology patients across the lifespan. Daily clinical support tasks include administering allergy skin tests, conducting medication and food challenges, performing spirometry, and overseeing immunotherapy and biologics administration. Additionally, the RN will be responsible for telephone triage, comprehensive patient education, and other vital support functions in this busy, expanding practice. Qualified applicants must be Registered Nurses with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience. While all motivated RNs are encouraged to apply, excellent IV skills are highly preferred to support our specialized infusion and biologic therapies.
