Compensation Range:

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Responsibilities:

GENERAL PURPOSE:

Provides individualized assistance, support and comprehensive coordination of care for patients and their families/caregivers, to eliminate barriers to timely care, facilitate flow through system, facilitate interactions with care team, increase patient and provider satisfaction, maintain point of contact with providers and serve as first point of contact for patients and families.

Monday-Friday, no Weekends/Holidays

Registered Nurse to join our dynamic, multi-disciplinary Structural Heart Team. This full-time position is integral to providing exceptional care within our outpatient settings. You will work with an adult patient population undergoing evaluation and intervention for various structural heart diseases. This includes left atrial appendage closure, management of valvular disease, and care for patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. You will be involved in patient care in the clinic setting and via phone for education, scheduling of procedures and phone triage.   This is a fast-evolving field, so we are looking for a flexible and innovative individual who thrives in a progressive environment.

Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum of 3 years of recent, relevant cardiology experience. A collaborative spirit and strong team player mentality.
