$95,846.00 - $126,630.00The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
GENERAL PURPOSE:FT position available. D/E/N, 8- and 12-hour shifts, holidays, weekends, and on-call responsibilities per unit policy.
Seeking a dynamic Assistant Nurse Manager who demonstrates the ability to function in the leadership role and work cohesively with a team in the area's only off-campus Emergency Department. The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) provides direct support to the Unit Nurse Manager, assisting in daily unit operations and providing clinical care to patients of all ages. Participates in the management of human resources, career sculpting, the development and evaluation of recruitment and retention strategies. Involved in activities at the service, nursing practice, and institutional level, contributes to goal achievement through personal action, effective communication, and facilitation of others. Seeking an individual with a positive attitude, who demonstrates leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strategic problem-solving ability, and strong clinical skills. Requirements: BSN, 3-5 years of acute care experience, previous leadership experience preferred, and an active New York State RN license in good standing.
