$92,061.00 - $119,704.00The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
GENERAL PURPOSE:FT, weekdays with weekend rotation per unit standard. Holidays per unit policy.
Lead with heart and help shape the future of cellular therapy at the Wilmot Cancer Institute by joining our Stem Cell Transplant & Cellular Therapy (SCTCT) program as Assistant Nurse Manager for the team—this leadership role blends hands-on clinical excellence with team stewardship as you support the delivery of cutting-edge treatments like CAR-T and stem cell transplants, mentor and develop bedside nurses, coordinate unit operations and staffing, and contribute to quality improvement, policy implementation, and patient/family education; you’ll provide direct patient care as needed (including but not limited to chemotherapy, cellular therapy infusions, and blood products), serve as a visible resource and role model, and work in close collaboration with multidisciplinary colleagues, including physicians, APPS, the SCTCT infusion, apheresis, and transplant coordinator teams, to ensure seamless transitions across the care continuum — we seek a decisive, compassionate nursing leader with strong interpersonal skills, sound clinical judgment, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment; minimum 3 years acute care RN experience required (oncology/BMT/infusion experience preferred but not required—we will support your growth), current RN license and required certifications per unit policy; join us to uplift our team, advance innovative oncology practice, and help deliver life-changing treatment and hope to patients and families.
