We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Manager to develop, optimize, and manage our Salesforce platform. This position is essential for providing our sales, operations, and customer support teams with the necessary tools, insights, and workflows to enhance patient and partner experiences.

As part of the Digital Customer Solutions & E-commerce Department, you will lead a diverse team of highly motivated individuals working to advance Salesforce within GN. The team consists of Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Salesforce Success Managers. This role focuses on optimizing how we work today while building a scalable setup for the future. Your deep Salesforce knowledge and leadership skills will be needed to navigate the team through this complex commercial landscape and drive our digital transformation forward. You will work with an extensive Salesforce environment—nearly a full suite of Salesforce capabilities—ensuring the platform is anchored in a clear business purpose: supporting our commercial strategy, enabling better decision-making, and making life easier for our sales teams. A primary focus will be enhancing data quality and reporting to ensure we can rely on our data and respond promptly.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Own the Commercial Salesforce roadmap and align it with business strategy.

  • Optimize CRM processes to improve productivity and data quality.

  • Serve as the bridge between commercial leadership, IT, and end users to translate business needs into technical solutions.

  • Translate commercial needs into clear, scalable Salesforce solutions.

  • Oversee configuration, data integrity, and key integrations (MA, ERP, Service).

  • Manage user roles, permissions, and data security (HIPAA/GDPR).

  • maintain dashboards and reports that deliver real-time insights.

  • Improve workflows, automations, and overall user experience.

  • Oversee the implementation and rollout of Salesforce enhancements and new features from start to finish.

  • Collaborate with external experts to accelerate improvements.

  • Monitor system performance and manage releases.

  • Develop and deliver effective Salesforce training for all user levels.

  • Serve as the internal Salesforce expert and champion of best practices.

To thrive in the role, we imagine you have

  • 5+ years’ experience managing Salesforce in a commercial or healthcare setting

  • Sales Cloud experience required.

  • Track record of leading CRM improvements that drive measurable business results.

  • Solid understanding of B2B2C sales processes—ideally within medical devices, audiology, or healthcare.

  • Experience managing integrations with marketing, ERP, and analytics platforms.

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required); Advanced Admin or Consultant certification (preferred).
