Your Opportunity:
Venture Solutions, a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for a 3rd Shift
Production Coordinator to join the team in Monroe, NC.
Your Shift:
Sunday – Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Overtime as required, including some weekends
Your Responsibilities:
Review and verify order specifications received from sales and customer service
Communicate by phone and email to ensure orders are entered and processed accurately
Resolve order discrepancies by working directly with sales and customer service teams
Ensure a high level of accuracy for all data provided to the manufacturing floor
Enter and maintain order information in STAR, TOPS, and local ERP systems
Generate and prepare production work orders for manufacturing
Work closely with office staff, production teams, and shipping personnel
Maintain and file production documentation
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
You Must Have:
Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software systems
Experience using Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines
Ability to read and interpret work orders, instructions, and numerical data
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Requirements Within This Position:
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time
Ability to move throughout the facility as needed during the shift
Ability to operate machinery and handle products, including print materials
Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25 pounds
We Would Also Prefer:
Prior experience in a production, manufacturing, or coordination role
