In order to accompany the growth of Biocodex, we are looking for a Financial Analyst.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with department heads and assist in preparation and analysis of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators
  • Assist in the development, consolidation, and analysis of annual budgets
  • Work closely with department heads to understand budget variances and provide recommendations
  • Assist in preparation of accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to the preparation of annual financial statements
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
  • Monitor and analyze cost trends, providing recommendations for cost control measures
  • Reporting to Financial Controller and work closely with other members of the finance team
  • Communicate financial insights and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Proven experience of at least 1 year in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting or audit (preferred experience from pharma industry)
  • Knowledge of financial concepts
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Good command of English
  • Experience working with ERP would be a plus
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
