Job Description:

The Corporate AP Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices and employee expenses.

The Corporate AP Analyst will report to and work closely with the Corporate Accounting Manager and will work with others in the organization.

The Day to Day:

• Ensure timely and accurate entry of invoices into SAP.
• Monitor aging reports to identify and resolve any issues with the three-way match of invoices, purchase orders, and goods receipts.
• Collaborate with procurement, accounting, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Prepare weekly payment runs to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Assist in month-end close by ensuring proper accruals.
• Maintain vendor master data.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive vendor relationships.
• Administer the employee expense platform (Concur), including troubleshooting expense-related issues and providing support to users.
• Ensure employee expense reports are prepared and approved, and ensure reimbursements are made in a timely manner.
• Assist with providing documentation to external auditors.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist with automation initiatives.

Is this you?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or other related field
• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• SAP experience required
• Concur experience a plus
• Intermediate to advanced Excel experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Deadline-oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

For applicants residing in CO, the salary range for this role is from $65,000-$75,000. Benefits: 401(k); medical/dental/vision insurance; employee share purchase plan, PTO, and STI.
