Your responsibilities

Monitor inventory levels and inventory positioning.
Generate stockout report to identify items that requires replenishment in ERP's without PO bot automatization
Responsible for reconciliation between ERP system and physical inventory. Coordinates physical inventory audits (cycle-counting) in DC.
Responsible for the internal ERP transfer of inventory.
Maintains inventory master data in local ERP system. Update of inventory settings (ROPs and Safety stock), lead-times, product groups, and cost price.
Day-to-day coordination of priorities with warehouse operator.
Coordinate purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing of aftermarket stock items.
Develop and implement inventory control systems and practices. 

What you bring

Minimum 2 years of experience in warehousing and inventory control. Preferably knowledge within logistics or supply chain.
Understanding of inventory management practices such as ABC analysis and cycle counting.
Well-developed communication skills, both interpersonal and organizational
Rapid and thorough independent decision making and creative problem-solving skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Organizational agility and awareness
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)
Knowledge of ERP system (i.e., Oracle)
