Job Description

Mobile Building Engineer with strong commercial HVAC experience to support multiple properties across the Greenville, SC area. This role requires a dependable professional who can work independently, troubleshoot building systems, and ensure facilities are operating efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC systems across multiple commercial buildings.

• Diagnose and repair issues related to heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration.

• Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems.

• Respond to service requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.

• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

• Communicate effectively with property managers and tenants.

• Travel between assigned properties as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with commercial HVAC systems.

• EPA certification required (for handling refrigerants).

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Ability to travel between multiple sites in the Greenville, SC area.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications in building systems or HVAC.

• Experience with building automation systems (BAS).

• Familiarity with general building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, etc.).
