What’s the Job
As a Campus Concierge, you’ll be the face of the campus—creating welcoming, seamless and supportive experiences for students, staff and visitors.
This role plays a critical part in delivering exceptional frontline service, supporting student enquiries, coordinating campus operations, and ensuring every interaction reflects our student-first approach.
Key Points About This Role
Frontline Student Experience
Deliver warm, professional service while supporting student enquiries and creating a welcoming campus environment.
Service & Support Delivery
Provide first-level support across systems, ID services and general enquiries, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
Campus Operations Coordination
Support daily campus operations including bookings, facilities requests, supplies and logistics.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with students, staff and partners to ensure seamless service and strong campus relationships.
Continuous Improvement & CX Impact
Contribute to service excellence by improving processes, meeting SLAs and enhancing student satisfaction metrics.
Who You Are
Customer Experience Champion
Proven ability to deliver high-quality, student-focused service in a fast-paced environment.
Organised & Adaptable Operator
Able to prioritise tasks, manage competing demands and stay composed under pressure.
Strong Communicator
Confident in engaging with diverse stakeholders with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Tech-Savvy Problem Solver
Comfortable using systems (e.g. CRM platforms like Microsoft Dynamics) to troubleshoot and support users.
Collaborative Team Player
Builds strong cross-functional relationships and contributes positively to team and campus culture.
