Job Purpose:
Our Customer Relations Project Manager will be responsible for playing a key part in driving business performance both at the local site level and with national accounts. This role leads specific projects from their inception through completion.Job Responsibilities:
● Oversee End-to-End Order Management: Manage the complete order flow from receipt through to customer delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:
● Strong interpersonal skills including customer interface.
● Ability to quickly absorb new knowledge and utilize of new software.
Compensation Guidelines - $62K-$82K dependent on experience.
Work Experience:
● 3-5 years of related job experience.● Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.● Knowledge of major ERP (enterprise resource planning) software applications such as SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft.Education:
