The salary range of this position is $70,000 - $80,000.
- Drives compliance and process improvement efforts at each site within the region. Coordinates with the Regional Quality Manager in the deployment of Continuous Improvement/POE projects/assignments.
- Coordinates and completes customer compliance requests through facilitation with the sales and operations teams.
- Works with the other members of the distribution quality team to recommend changes and continual improvements to existing processes and procedures.
- Drives improvement trough CAPA (corrective and preventive action) using root cause analysis, and other problem-solving techniques.
- Contributes to KPI improvement by engaging regional resources in projects to successful completion.
- Coaches coworkers on existing quality objectives and metrics utilizing Best Known Methods of standardization and training and ensuring that all changes fit into our ISO Registered Quality Systems.
- Supports the Regional Quality Manager as a point of connection within region, and aids in the maintenance, improvement., documentation, and auditing of the ISO9001 registered Quality System, including ALL facets of the Standard requirements.
- Trains coworkers on KPIs and the underlying processes that drive continual improvement.
- Aid in the Implementation of 5S Program.
- Review ISO business processes and supporting compliance efforts; make recommendation for improvements.
- Helps Manage the corrective action process for the region; Document issues into CAPA system.
- Supports the Development, measurement, and tracking of KPI for standardized processes.
- Maintains administrator records and prepare statistical performance reports.
