DEPARTMENT HIGHLIGHTS:

• Inpatient acute care unit: 31-bed inpatient acute care unit offering comprehensive care for a variety of patient needs and acuity, including medical/surgical, telemetry, and intermediate care.
• Equipped with advanced technology: This includes telemonitoring systems, and access to a network of specialists.
• Well-staffed: Strong, well-rounded support team with dedicated management, supervisors, and multiple nurse educators & coordinators available on every shift.
• Comprehensive orientation: The training program features evidence-based online education, classroom lectures, and high-fidelity simulation.

SCHEDULE:

• Every over weekend and rotating holidays.
• Location: Baystate Noble Hospital

Pay:

• New Grad RN base rate (0-1 year of RN Licensure): $39.20
• Experienced RN base rate (1+ years of RN Licensure) $41-$61
• Competitive shift differentials and allowance plans

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
• Education: Diploma in Nursing
