The role sits within the Brand Experience division of Wasserman Live. You will be responsible for a strategic client account and will lead the strategic and creative conception as well as the delivery of best-in-class brand experiences. You will play a key interface role between client ambitions and agency expertise, ensuring that projects are commercially sound, strategically relevant, creatively ambitious, and executed with excellence.
From strategic vision to creative and client presentations, through detailed planning, budget management, and event execution, you will be responsible for client satisfaction, account growth, and the development of the team reporting to you.
Client Leadership
Lead and develop client relationships, becoming a trusted strategic partner
Understand clients’ business objectives, brand strategy, and commercial challenges
Direct the development of project and/or annual plans, campaign strategies, and creative responses
Confidently present ideas, recommendations, and performance reviews to senior stakeholders
Oversee the definition of KPIs and the evaluation of campaigns
Project Management and Delivery
Supervise the delivery of experiential campaigns, retail activations, sponsorships, and live events
Ensure deadlines, budgets, and the highest creative and operational standards are met
Support teams in transforming client briefs into concrete action plans and inspiring creative concepts
Anticipate risks and challenges, managing them proactively
Manage partnerships and relationships with key rights holders in service of the campaigns
Commercial Management
Be responsible for profitability and revenue
Identify and realize opportunities for organic growth and cross-selling within existing clients
Contribute to pitches and new business initiatives (strategy, ideation, writing, and presentation)
Ensure rigorous financial monitoring, including reporting and margin management
Team Leadership
Manage and support Account Managers and Executives, fostering their professional development
Promote a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability
Identify individual skills and strengths to delegate effectively
Ensure the team operates smoothly and feels supported to deliver high-quality work
Agency Contribution
Act as an ambassador for the brand, values, and culture of the agency
Collaborate closely with Creative, Strategy, Production, and Operations teams
Share industry insights and trends to drive innovation across all accounts
Team Leadership
Manage and support Account Managers and Executives, fostering their professional development
Promote a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability
Identify each team member’s skills and strengths to delegate effectively
Ensure the team operates smoothly and feels supported to deliver high-quality work
Contribution to the Agency
Act as a brand ambassador for the agency’s values and culture

Skills and Experience
8+ years of experience in client account management within a brand experience agency, live events, or integrated agency
Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, project management expertise, and operational excellence
Strong relationship management and diplomacy skills
Solid strategic and commercial thinking, with rigor in execution
Excellent communicator
Ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams
Calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced, demanding environment
Highly skilled in creating presentations, budgets, and written communications
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail
Fluent in English and French
