Position Summary

Técnico de Grabación y Mozo de Almacén

Resumen del puesto:

Estamos buscando un Técnico de Grabación de software y Mozo de Almacén motivado para unirse a nuestro equipo de Logística.

Reportando al Responsable de Almacén y Logística, el Técnico de Grabación y Mozo de Almacén desempeña un papel fundamental para garantizar el funcionamiento eficiente de la sala EPROM. Esta posición es responsable de mantener los estándares de calidad, organizar los calendarios de producción y gestionar el inventario conforme a los protocolos internos y las normativas externas.
El puesto también brindará apoyo en todas las tareas del almacén, como preparación de pedidos, envíos y recepción de materiales.

Responsabilidades en la sala de medios (aprox. 50% de la jornada):

• Garantizar la calidad, organización y planificación de la producción de software en la sala EPROM.
• Duplicar medios según sea necesario para cumplir con la carga de trabajo, respetando los requisitos normativos.
• Gestionar el inventario, incluyendo la actualización de memorias USB y otros medios en bruto. Mantener registros precisos de materiales enviados y devueltos.
• Preparar, embalar y enviar pedidos de software. Enviar notificaciones de seguimiento.

Responsabilidades en el almacén (aprox. 50% de la jornada):

• Preparar y entregar piezas para producción.
• Preparar y embalar pedidos de clientes.
• Recepción de mercancías: descargar camiones, verificar la exactitud de los productos y registrar la recepción en el sistema.
• Colaborar en el conteo cíclico y en el inventario físico anual.
• Otras tareas del almacén asignadas por el Responsable de Almacén.

Requisitos del Puesto:

• Experiencia previa en:
  • Recepción de mercancías.
  • Almacenamiento y organización de productos.
  • Shipping o envío de material
  • Gestión o nociones en gestión de inventarios.
• Conocimientos en informática y ofimática – manejo de herramientas tipo Microsoft Office
• Carnet de carretillero en vigor y manejo demostrable de carretillas

Perfil Personal:

• Persona dinámica, organizada y puntual.
• Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y resolver problemas de forma eficiente.
• Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión en momentos puntuales.
• Acostumbrado/a a realizar múltiples tareas (multitasking).

Condiciones Laborales:

• Ambiente laboral dinámico, con oportunidades de aprendizaje continuo.
• Almacén en Rubí, Catalunya

Horario de Trabajo:

• Trabajo presencial de lunes a viernes, de 7:00 a 15:00 horas.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Eprom & Material Handler to join our Logistics Team.

Reporting to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager, the Eprom & Material Handler plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of the EPROM room. This position is responsible for maintaining quality standards, organizing production schedules, and managing inventory in compliance with internal protocols and external regulations.

The position will also provide support in all warehouse tasks such as picking, shipping and material reception.

Responsibilities at the media room (estimated 50% of working hours)

• Ensure the quality, organization, and planning of software production within the EPROM room.
• Duplicate media as needed to meet workload demands while adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Manage inventory, including updating USB sticks and other raw media inventory. Maintain accurate records of shipped and returned materials.
• Prepare, pack and ship software order for shipment. Send the tracking notification to Order Manager.

Responsibilities in the warehouse (estimated 50% of working hours)

• Pick and deliver parts for production.
• Pick and pack for customer orders.
• Goods receiving: Unload trucks, check accuracy of goods and perform the receipt in the system.
• Collaborate in cycle counting and physical annual inventory.
• Other warehouse tasks assigned by the warehouse Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse handling and stock control.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office tools
• Knowledge of English is a real plus

• Licence to manage forklift

Work Conditions: 

• Office based in Rubí, Catalunya (onsite working, 5 days a week)
• Hours of work: 7 AM – 3 PM, Monday to Friday
