Restaurant Brands International is looking for a Sr Manager, Marketing Analytics – BK LAC to join our Marketing Team based in Miami, FL. The Sr. Manager, Marketing Analytics will be responsible for supporting our regional marketing strategy, through analyzing our sales, product mix and consumer insights data & leading key markets turnaround.

RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week out of our office in Miami, FL.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Marketing Analytics & sales strategy & strategic traffic driving efforts for BK LAC
  • Analyze topline (sales and traffic) and profit results across our restaurant base 
  • Assess promotional activity, product mix, guest segmentation and geographic results using internal and third-party software to help diagnose and strategize on path forward
  • Identify root causes of performance or underperformance for key initiatives
  • Develop pricing and promotional strategy using financial modelling   
  • Ideate, execute and analyze market test results, as well as drive recommendations based on learnings
  • Create regular marketing reports using product mix and consumer roles and responsibilities
  • Present weekly marketing reports to senior leadership   
  • Analyze market trend and competitor data including guest segmentation, product mix, daypart, geographic and service mode insights to help drive insights for our marketing strategies

What You Bring:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or related field   
  • 7+ years of marketing, finance or consulting experience or related field.   
  • Experience with effectively managing a team at various levels.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving skills as well as manipulation and analysis of data   
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, oral and written skills to include formal presentation experience and the ability to prepare and present marketing presentations.   
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) as well as Outlook.  
  • This position requires conducting business operations across the Latin America region. To perform the essential functions of this role, fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
