SCHEDULE:

• 24 hours, 7a-7p
• Every over weekend and rotating holidays.
• Location: Baystate Wing Hospital
• On Site Parking!

Join our 46-bed Medical-Surgical and Intermediate Care Unit (IMC), where Registered Nurses (RNs) deliver high-quality care in a supportive and team-driven environment.

What You’ll Experience in Our Unit:

• Diverse patient care: Exposure to multiple specialties, including orthopedics, plastics, and intermediate care nursing.

• Cutting-edge equipment: Work with modern technology in a fast-paced hospital setting.

• Critical care support: IMC nurses stabilize patients for ambulance or helicopter transport.

• Safe staffing ratios: 5:1 in Medical-Surgical and 3:1 in Intermediate Care.

• Strong leadership and support: Experienced nurse managers, supervisors, and nurse educators available every shift.

• Comprehensive training: Evidence-based online courses, interactive classroom sessions, and high-fidelity simulation labs.

PAY:

• New Grad RN (0-1 year of RN Licensure) $41.00
• Experienced RN (1+ years of RN Licensure) $42.66-$65.00

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
• Education: Diploma in Nursing
