Main missions (Job definition, based on its main goal/s)
- As Sales & Merchants Assistant, you will be able to provide comprehensive support to the sales and merchants
- Team and ensure smooth operations throughout the sales process.
- Back Office and administrative support of the merchantās area
- Ensuring that the Salesforce CRM is kept updated and populated with accurate data
Key responsibilities (Main duties and activities which define the job, responsibilities, and their
interactions)
- Feeding and updating the Salesforce (registering all information related to the account, opportunity,
and partner products, e.g., banking information, payment types, addresses, and other relevant
information related to Sales & Merchants);
- Managing tickets directed to Sales & Merchants and redirecting them to different areas;
- Verification and sending documents for Compliance validation
- Uploading all the information in APPscan and AML processes;
- Uploading, submitting, and reviewing contracts in Salesforce;
- Clientās registration in Backoffice;
- Requesting mandatory documentation and information from partners;
- Supporting all the clients and partners throughout the affiliation and acquisition processes, after
sales support;
- Creating support reports for different areas (reports generated in Salesforce);
- Sending contracts and stickers to merchants
- Follow-up on opportunities under negotiation

Who you are?
⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Office
⢠CRM software (Salesforce)
⢠Knowledge of the industry or market in which he or she is conducting analyses.
Masterās degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Management, Marketing, etc.)
