Job Description Summary:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Specialist, Sales Data Management & Analytics to support sales data management, reporting, and performance tracking. This role is focused on ensuring sales data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of standardized reporting used by sales leadership and cross-functional partners.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical foundation, exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a disciplined approach to working with large data sets. This position partners closely with Sales, Finance, and Product teams to maintain reliable reporting outputs that support forecasting, performance measurement, and day-to-day business execution within the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) beauty category.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract, clean, and organize large sales data sets to support recurring reporting and ad hoc analysis.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple data sources, files, and reporting tools.

• Produce clear, well-structured sales reports and summaries used by sales leadership and account teams.

• Support the development and maintenance of standardized reports, dashboards, and presentations that track performance against goals.

• Assist in sales forecasting processes by preparing data inputs, validating data, and supporting review cycles.

• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product, and Marketing teams to align on reporting definitions and data requirements.

• Follow established processes and documentation standards to ensure repeatability, reliability, and on-time delivery.

• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning by strengthening analytical, technical, and business fundamentals.

The anticipated compensation range is

19.25 - 36.55 USD Hourly

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
