Job Description Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Associate to support the development and execution of our professional eyelash product line, primarily for the online channel. This role will play a key part in bringing new products to market, from concept development to launch, while collaborating closely with R&D, design, and manufacturing teams.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end product development process for professional eyelash products (concept → development → launch)

• Conduct market and trend research to identify new product opportunities in the professional beauty space

• Analyze competitor products and pricing strategies to inform product positioning

• Work closely with R&D to translate product concepts into viable designs and specifications

• Coordinate with factories and vendors on sampling, revisions, and production timelines

• Assist in developing product briefs, positioning, and launch plans

• Ensure product quality, brand consistency, and performance standards are met

• Support online channel readiness, including product information, assets, and content alignment

• Track development timelines and ensure projects are delivered on schedule

Work Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in product development, product management, or beauty industry preferred

• Experience in cosmetics, lashes, or related beauty categories is a plus

• Experience working with factories or vendors is a plus

Preferred Qualifications (Plus)

• Understanding of eyelash products and professional beauty market

• Experience with e-commerce / online product launches

• Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) or similar processes

• Basic knowledge of product testing, quality control, and packaging development

The anticipated compensation range is

19.25 - 36.55 USD Hourly

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
