Run end‑to‑end wet‑chem unit operations: operate wet chem reactors through dissolving/soaking/re‑heating/holding states; manage filter press and freezer/microwave/unloader; execute precipitations and blend sampling; and coordinate transfers when batches are ready to send downstream.
Perform in‑process testing and sample prep: enable quality tracking for engineering team—prepare ICP/PSA samples using laboratory equipment—capturing results in the appropriate logs and escalating issues promptly when they arise.
Own documentation & compliance: complete device history records fully and on time; and follow the Quality Management System/OMS diligently.
Lead with Safety and 5S: comply with EHS/PPE and maintain an organized work area; ensure clean, safe shift handoff; and report/contain hazards (e.g., cracked tray disposition; dopant vessel held for cleaning).
Maintain production flow & communication: hit daily/weekly delivery targets, post clear shift status/tie‑out updates, and escalate when delivery is at risk, so quality material moves on time to downstream manufacturing, and all relevant parties are informed when issues arise.
Protect yield & cost: handle equipment/materials correctly (e.g., hoist alum/dopant materials safely; monitor scale stability vs. agitator effects), minimize operator‑induced scrap, and flag process/equipment anomalies or needed PMs.
