Job Description Summary

Commercial leader for the $3.5B USCAN Service business. This role is responsible for delivering sustainable, executable growth for the GEHC Service Business. This leader must be strategic, collaborative, forward thinking and have demonstrated track record of exceeding expectations. The Chief Commercial Officer will lead a large of team of commercial & marketing professionals and will provide indirect cross-functional leadership across GE HealthCare and the USCAN region.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute commercial strategy for USCAN Service business.
  • Deep understanding of the USCAN market and lead compelling offering creation
  • Align commercial initiatives & offerings with operational execution to ensure revenue growth and profitability.
  • Oversee pricing models, contract structures, and commercial operations.
  • Lead funnel analysis, forecasting, and performance optimization.
  • Own commercial DMS strategy and apply advanced analytics to pricing and contract challenges.
  • Partner with Service Delivery leadership to integrate new business into delivery strategy.
  • Collaborate with equipment commercial leaders to develop Care Alliance partnerships inclusive of equipment and service offerings.
  • Monitor external market trends (e.g., pricing, contract models like Bed vs. Capitated) and evolving customer needs.
  • Ensure compliance and integrate regulatory awareness into strategic planning.
  • Drive relationships across USCAN Executive Leadership, Segment & Global Service Leadership, and customer C-suite stakeholders.
  • Lead experienced teams with financial accountability and strategic influence across functions.

  • Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of commercial systems, offering development, pricing models, and operational processes.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, financial analysis, and contract management.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to solve complex revenue execution challenges.
  • Proven ability to build cross-functional partnerships and influence senior leadership.
  • Sales Incentive Plan development experience
  • Experience in healthcare service delivery and commercial operations preferred.
