Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing daily business operations and ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures. Ensures internal control adherence and provides audit support. Manages the financial affairs of the system by implementing and monitoring internal controls. Coordinates the preparation of financial plans and reports. Conducts studies and makes recommendations to ensure the effective and cost-efficient operation of the Company. Manages team which may include exempt and non-exempt employees. Provides subject matter guidance to employees, as required. Develops processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies, assist in development and meeting of, departmental budget.Job Description
Manager, Regions & Segments
Responsible for leading regional and segment-level competitive intelligence, ensuring localized insight and activation across divisional, regional, and segment business units such as MDU, Multicultural, and others. Oversees the development of executive deliverables, partner briefings, and divisional support materials that translate national competitive learnings into actionable strategies. Works cross-functionally with Product, Brand, GTM, CX, and Divisional leadership to ensure competitive insights are integrated into planning, execution, and performance optimization. Manages a small team with a senior analyst and and serves as the primary competitive insights liaison for regional counterparts and segment stakeholders.

This job can be performed in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, and Washington with a Pay Range of $105,096.00 - $197,055.00Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
