The Director of IT Engineering is responsible for defining and implementing Regeneron’s enterprise cloud strategy and frameworks. This role combines strategic vision with technical expertise to deliver scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions that are crucial to supporting Regeneron’s drug discovery efforts. In addition to strategic responsibilities, this role requires strong architectural expertise and technical leadership to develop reusable enterprise frameworks and automation solutions ensuring compliance with stringent standards in a highly regulated GxP environment, while driving innovation and operational excellence.
This position will be on-site 4 days/week at our offices in Warren, NJ or Sleepy Hollow, NY. This is not eligible for remote or hybrid positions and if eligible, we are able to offer relocation benefits.

In order to be considered for this position, you must hold a master’s degree in information technology or computer science with progressive responsible experience, including 10 years of managing Cloud DevOps/Engineering teams and a minimum of 8 years’ experience as Software Developer and 3 years’ experience in a highly regulated environment or equivalent.
