Syrup Cook Batcher
Position Summary:
The Syrup Cook Batcher is responsible for daily batching and process work in the S2 and S3 Kitchens. This role includes following batch sheets, completing production and quality documentation, performing quality checks and supplying product to bottling and packaging lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Batch syrups and dressings according to batch sheets and GMP's
- Complete required QA, HACCP and production documentation
- Read meters and bulk tanks; maintain accurate daily records
- Communicate with Production to meet batching and line needs
- Support production needs and all other tasks as assigned
Qualifications and Physical Requirements:
- Ability to read and write English for batch instructions, calculations, QA and food safety
- Ability to calculate product requirements and follow written procedures
- Strong attention to detail and recordkeeping skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Standing for extended periods
- Repetitive tasks and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Compliance with all safety rules and Good Manufacturing Practices
Compensation:
Base Pay Range:
$15.15 - $25.44Final base pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to; role responsibilities, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and/or internal pay equity. Please keep in mind that we consider internal pay equity and hiring at the maximum of the salary range uncommon.
