The Customer Relations Intern will have the opportunity to learn about The Beaufort Bonnet Company through participating in a variety of hands-on projects that impact the business. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain insight into our marketing strategy, employer branding, product development, and more.
What you will do:
- Answers inbound communication addressing all Web Consumer and Retail Store requests: helping place an online order, answering product questions, providing shipment tracking, assisting customers with processing returns, etc.
- Stays up to date on all product featured on the website and creates cross selling and upselling strategies.
- Stays knowledgeable of key features, attributes, and benefits of all items to provide answers to customer questions.
- Keep the company informed of any significant customer information, problems with products or positioning of products, customer financial problems, etc.,
- Assist account executives with purchase orders, invoicing, and returns/exchanges
- Support general administrative operations for TBBC organization, as needed.
- Assist with social media efforts and help execute promotions and special projects.

Who we would like to meet:
- Current enrollment in a four-year accredited college/university
- This is a paid internship scheduled to run from mid-Jan through April or May
- Generally, more than six months but less than one year of relevant work or school experience
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite: PowerPoint, Excel and Word
