Job Summary

Consult with business leaders to align activities and solutions to business strategy. Recommend strategic solutions based on research, information analysis, and collaboration with various stakeholders and partners. Depending on workflow and type of business requirements, may provide a variety of work, such as project or program management, reporting, financial or other analysis and recommendations, change management, vendor management or communications. May be focused on one area of expertise, depending on business need. Use executive-level leadership and communications skills to accomplish work objectives, working directly with IT leaders and their teams and functional partners (such as Risk, HR, Finance, etc).

Job Description

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job.  Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below.  Specific activities may change from time to time.

  • Manage full range of IT Projects.

  • Helps manage the full IT budget including ensuring proper capitalization of resources.

  • Creation of executive-level presentations including status reports, proposals, and other information.

  • Helps manage and track IT contracts including software renewals and professional services.

  • Helps manage relationships and associated processes with offshore vendors.

  • Oversees day to day second level application support.

  • Ensures that program activities are on path to deliver benefits realization.

  • Ensures implementation and oversight of appropriate risk management plans for program initiative in area of responsibility.

  • Articulates overall performance of multiple programs and initiatives via dashboard reporting for use by key executives.

  • Effective interpersonal and written communication skills

  • Ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers

  • Effective time management skills Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment Ability to work in a self-directed fashion

  • Experience with PCs in a Windows environment

  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products

  • Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions

  • Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.

  • Strong presentation skills.

  • Financial Reporting skills.

  • Superior working knowledge of business, finance planning, and forecasting.

  • Demonstrated superior understanding of business and technology organization, resources, priorities, needs and policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

  • Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous assignments.
