RESPONSIBILITIES  

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following: 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for daily operations, responsible for setting appointments, managing exceptions, and escalating issues as appropriate  

  • Streamline the shipping document process in partnership with warehouse teams 

  • Safeguard order integrity and orchestrate collaboration with key network stakeholders 

  • Utilize C.H. Robinson’s global technology platform, Navisphere, to generate reports, leverage the optimizer and load build profile automation, analyze order/load data, and support successful load planning 

  • Lead warehouse discrepancy reporting, optimize warehouse appointment processes, and spearhead financial automation in warehouse operations 

  • Oversee Navisphere order management and validate the success of consolidated load plans 

  • Cultivate relationships by delivering quality execution aligned with customer and supplier expectations 

  • Collaborate with internal partners across operations, warehouse, capacity, commercial, and regional planning teams to align with customer needs and drive real-time solutions 

  • Identify and integrate system automation and technical knowledge into daily execution 

  • Spot and capitalize on opportunities in daily operations to enhance efficiency 

 

QUALIFICATIONS   

Required: 

  • High School Diploma or GED 

Preferred: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university 

  • Passionate in understanding how daily decisions drive overall growth and profitability 

  • Works well in team-oriented and remote environments 

  • Ability to communicate professionally both written and verbally 

  • High comfort level with technology and the ability to quickly learn new systems 

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Programs 

  • Display attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills 

  • Driven, enthusiastic, resilient, agile, and highly motivated 

  • Ability to thrive under deadlines, drive results, multi-task, and work with a sense of urgency 

  • Values a diverse and inclusive work environment

Compensation Range

$20.63 - $32.16
