WORK TASKS
A Point of Sale Hometown Specialist is responsible for Point of Sale inventory management, receiving and staging all Hub and Spoke orders, program readiness, and delivering exceptional showroom and customer service experiences. This role ensures all Point of Sale processes are executed with precision and supported by the inventory management technology for improved accuracy and program execution.
Here's more of what you will do... (Okay, not all in one day!)
Hometown Inventory Management
Manages POS materials with timely execution and quality standards in support of the Account Planning Programming process.
Maintains accurate inventory through inventory management system, updates POS Receiving tracker, and ensures program readiness.
Hometown Showroom Experience
Sets up and maintains showrooms according to the showroom calendar.
Fill out weekly showroom audits with the latest showroom updates.
Updates displays, signage, and digital content to ensure all programs are ready for execution.
Maintains grab-and-go items and addresses customer needs promptly.
Customer Service
Stages all inbound Hub and Spoke orders, builds donation orders, delivers daily mail and ensures shipments are sent on- time and on-schedule.
Utilizes EoStar to receive all Inbound Hub and Spoke orders; reports out any shipping discrepancies.
Provides high-level customer service to internal teams and external partners.
Addresses all Sales Team members Hub and Spoke ordering queries and ordering discrepancies. (Level II)
Utilize EoStar to receive all Inbound Hub & Spoke orders; reports out any shipping discrepancies. (Level II)
TABC Compliance
Improves and maintains Missing Missions and Temporary Placement Reviews, escalates unresolved items, and ensures compliance.
Communicate weekly reports to RSM’s for Past Due Missions.
Work with IT to address any Mission or Account issues.
