Summary:

Prepare parts for painting and powdering operations by masking off areas not to be coated.

Job Functions:

• Plug and tape parts for paint and powder coat.
• Use job traveler to determine materials needed and areas to mask.
• Measure and mark parts for masking.
• Place masked parts on skids or trucks for the next department.
• Move materials and perform housekeeping as required.
• Correctly recording daily production and completing any related paperwork.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• No past work experience required.

Physical Demands:

• Occasionally moves equipment weighing up to 30 pounds. 
• Must be able to Ascend/Descend stairs. 
• Must be able to Sit, Stand, Walk, Climb, Stoop, Kneel.
