Job Description:
• Acts as a strategic partner to mid-to-senior level business leaders.Qualifications & Technical Competencies:
• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s a plus), 7–10 years of HR experience.
• Proven ability to influence leadership and drive strategic HR initiatives.
• Strong analytical, coaching, and project management skills.
• PHR/SPHR Preferred

Pay Range Minimum:
$81,100.00Pay Range Target:
$115,000.00Pay Frequency:
AnnualPlease Note: Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills.
