Job Description:

The role of the Risk Management Supervisor focuses on overall risk management, specifically those tasks that ensure timely delivery of items such as risk control self-assessments, client questionnaires, certificates of insurance, and reporting. The position will also assist in supervising staff tasked with delivering other risk-related tasks. Additionally, this role will assist in corporate responsibility governance which includes the completion of questionnaires and assessments related to the corporate responsibility – Apollo and CDP Reporting, and Ecovadis assessments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Risk Supervisor
  • Assist Director in managing day-to-day activities and staff
  • Assist/Lead in coordination and completion of client questionnaires and risk control self-assessments
  • Assist in Policy Governance
  • Assist/Lead completion of Corporate Responsibility questionnaires and assessments (Ecovadis, CDP, Apollo, UNGC)
  • Assist in management of the certificate of insurance process
  • Assess gaps and identify opportunities for implementation to improve corporate responsibility assessments and reporting
  • Conduct thorough analysis of risk data to identify trends, patterns, recommendations for improvement and key performance indicators
  • Develop data-driven insights and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business related field, or related equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management or related field
  • Salesforce experience preferred, but not required
  • Intermediate-Advanced skills in Excel (Pivot tables, Charts, LOOKUPS, Formulas)
  • Oracle, Tableau, PowerBI experience is a plus
  • Data analytic experience is a plus
  • Audit experience is a plus
  • Minimum 1-year of people-leader experience

JOB SPECIFICATIONS and WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Work Environment: This hybrid position is in Alpharetta, GA and operates in a professional work environment.
  • Positions Type/Standard Schedule: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.
  • Travel: Minimal travel is expected for this role.

Pay Range:

$78,900-$110,500

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan which is based on company performance and individual performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience, education, certifications, skill level and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
