Role Summary
Define and lead end-to-end manageability, observability, and telemetry architecture—from board-level signals to rack and POD-scale systems. Member of the CTO Architecture team, with ownership of manageability and telemetry architecture and product definition.
Key Responsibilities
•    Architect telemetry frameworks across system layers (silicon → board → system → rack → data center)
•    Define manageability capabilities (monitoring, control, diagnostics, firmware interfaces)
•    Enable real-time visibility into performance, power, thermals, and reliability
•    Partner across platform, firmware, and customer teams to integrate telemetry into system design
•    Define standards for data collection, aggregation, and analysis
•    Support customer-facing capabilities for system observability and fleet management
•    Establish observability as a core system design dimension, not an afterthought
Qualifications
•    10–15+ years in system manageability, telemetry, or platform software/firmware
•    Strong understanding of hardware/software interfaces (BMC, firmware, sensors, telemetry pipelines)
•    Experience with data center-scale monitoring and control systems
•    Ability to define architecture across multiple system layers
•    Background in hyperscale or enterprise infrastructure preferred
