We’re looking for Tig Welder-Intermediate Level candidates to join our team at our Gas Power Manufacturing plant in Greenville, SC located on Forrester Drive, Greenville SC. What You’ll Do:

• Prepare, arrange, fit, and assemble a variety of materials (stainless, nickel alloy, Hast-X) and components using tig welding processes and procedures
• Strong assessment of weld parameter inputs with the ability to make adjustments during welding
• Interpret and execute production using drawings and blueprints
• Complete necessary paperwork and computer entries accurately and in a timely manner after completing work orders
• Perform precision measurements using tools such as micrometers, calipers, and CMMs.
• Collaborate in a team environment focused on lean manufacturing, safety, and productivity.
• Take ownership of compliance, safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Utilize computer programs to enter part data (e.g., serial number), log time, and look up work instructions
• Utilize work instructions, set-up sheets, fixtures and method documents to correctly set up parts to be welded
• Ability to work overtime, with or without reasonable accommodation 
• Ability to work occasional weekend shifts, with or without reasonable accommodation 

What you'll bring:

• Education/Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required. Graduate of an accredited welding program OR 1 year of industrial TIG welding experience.
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to read blueprints, perform shop math, and use precision measurement equipment. Proficient in TIG (GTAW) welding and able to pass a 6G weld test on Stainless.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work 1st shift (6 AM – 2:30 PM, M-F) and overtime when needed.

Pay Rate: The pay for this position is $24.85 - $37.27 an hour. This posting is expected to close on Nov 17th, 2025.
