What Impact You'll Make:
The Capital Equipment Excellence team is responsible for accelerating, with safety, quality, and focus, capacity growth across the Gas Value Stream. The organization consists of 3 workstreams; Fulfilment, Installation, and Qualification; all working together to create Standard Work and Daily Management to enable success. This role will offer excellent exposure to different aspects of the business and require the engineer to wear several hats.

This job is a hybrid Manufacturing and Quality engineering role to lead and drive qualifications of parts on new equipment coming to our Bangor facility.

Job Description

What you'll do:

• Leading qualifications from inception to closure, parts and special processes (coatings, brazing, etc.)
• Creating Qualification standards in alignment with Global Supply Chain and Engineering
• Attending/Facilitating Kaizens and Roadmaps to support the capacity ramp
• Identifying and implement qualification cost out opportunities
• Cultivating positive working environment and morale; drive a sense of urgency and quality with speed

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Operations Management, or other Supply Chain related studies

Eligibility Requirement

• This position is 100% onsite at our Bangor Maine facility.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%

Pay Transparency

The base pay range for this position is $67,200 - $84,000 USD Annual.  The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 5% performance bonus. ​

*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
