Roles and Responsibilities:
You will be expected to utilize your expertise to increase productivity through resolving incidents, fulfilling requests, and implementing changes across application, network and data services.
Provides technical leadership and operational support for planned releases, incidents, and issue resolution.
Provides impact assessment and mitigation plan for changes going into the production environment.
Drives continuous improvement of computer operational activities to maximize efficiency.
Develop solutions to automate manual processes whilst minimizing service interruption.
Develops solutions to eliminate common or repetitive tasks.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 2 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 5 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 7 years of professional experience.
Minimum experience of 2 years in a Level 2/3 technology support role which is customer facing
Experience of support and troubleshooting systems, networks, application and cyber compliance protocols
Competent with M365 Platform
Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience
