Strong financial and analytical skills; comfort with AUC, cost variance, and business case development to support MGPP projects and upgrade kits. Understanding of deal review and commercial constructs (pricing, margin, upgrade kit business cases) and how product and cost decisions impact customer value and P&L.
Leadership & Influence: Prior experience leading cross-functional forums (e.g., PCB, WOR/MOR, program reviews) with strong meeting facilitation, action tracking, and decision documentation discipline. Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and influence without authority across product management, engineering, sourcing, shops, and commercial teams.
