This role is based in Lynn, MA, supporting GE Aerospace’s Military business. Lynn is home to a rich legacy of innovation in military propulsion and systems, including the T408 engine that powers the CH-53K heavy-lift helicopter. As part of the T408 program management team, you will work across engineering, supply chain, commercial, finance, and customer support to ensure we meet our commitments on safety, reliability, performance, delivery, and cost.
Role Overview
The Senior Program Manager, T408 Projects and RSP Manager is accountable for the overall management of assigned projects in support of the T408 engine, with a primary focus on the execution and performance of related Revenue Share Partner (RSP) agreements. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams, drive alignment across the T408 program portfolio, and serve as a key interface between GE Aerospace and its customers and partners. You will manage complex issues, participate in long-term planning, and contribute to overall business and product strategy while continuously improving the processes that support program and customer objectives.

The base pay range for this position is 167,900.00-224,250.00 USD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of base salary.
