ProLender Initiatives Manager

New Module Expansion & Account-Based Growth

About Covaleyo

Covaleyo is a mission-critical software company serving the commercial banking sector. We provide origination, monitoring, and credit management solutions that help banks streamline operations, manage risk, and scale their commercial lending franchises. With products like ProLender and Covarity, we serve leading banks and financial institutions across North America.

About ProLender

ProLender is a best-in-class loan origination and management platform serving 40+ regional and community banks across North America. The platform helps lenders streamline the end-to-end origination workflow, from application through funding. With a modernized UI, robust integrations, and an expanding module ecosystem, ProLender is uniquely positioned to capture significant wallet expansion within its existing customer base. Existing customers average 23% adoption across current modules, with top performers reaching 38–45% adoption rates.

The Opportunity

This is a pivotal role in unlocking ProLender's organic growth engine. You will own the design, launch, and adoption strategy for six new modules that represent significant value creation for existing customers. Unlike a traditional product manager, you will drive adoption through direct customer engagement, enablement, and expansion selling. Your success directly impacts ARR growth and customer lifetime value. This role offers autonomy, visibility, and the opportunity to shape how a 40-customer portfolio scales.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for developing and executing the ProLender module expansion strategy. This includes defining the module roadmap, coordinating product launches, identifying early adopter customers, enabling adoption through technical and business enablement, and driving expansion revenue through consultative selling and customer success. You will serve as a bridge between product, sales, customer success, and customers—translating product capabilities into customer value and driving adoption through structured playbooks and direct customer engagement.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have:

  • 5+ years of SaaS expansion, account-based growth, or product marketing experience

  • Proven track record of driving module/product adoption or upsell expansion within existing customer bases

  • Experience in financial services, banking, fintech, or B2B software serving regulated industries

  • Comfort with hands-on expansion selling; ability to lead customer conversations from discovery through ROI validation

  • Strong project management and ability to coordinate across product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams

  • Analytical mindset with ability to develop customer segmentation, ROI models, and adoption playbooks

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences

  • Ability to thrive with ambiguity and drive execution in a fast-moving environment

Strongly Preferred:

  • Direct experience in loan origination, lending operations, or credit management software

  • Knowledge of ProLender or competitive origination platforms (nCino, Encompass, etc.)

  • Experience launching new products or features and driving customer adoption

  • Track record of exceeding expansion revenue targets or ARR goals

  • Success in a high-growth or venture-backed environment

Ideal Candidate Profile

You are a strategic, customer-obsessed operator who understands that adoption is not a product problem—it's an execution problem. You are comfortable getting your hands dirty with direct customer engagement while also thinking systematically about playbooks and processes that scale. You are data-driven and use metrics to make decisions and course-correct. You have a sales orientation but are not purely a salesperson; you understand product strategy, customer success, and business mechanics. You thrive in cross-functional environments and excel at influence without authority. You are energized by growing existing customers and creating long-term value.

Why Join Covaleyo?

  • Ownership at scale: Own a six-module expansion strategy with direct P&L accountability and significant upside

  • Proven customer base: 40 existing customers with strong product fit and 23% blended module adoption validate market demand

  • High-impact role: Direct influence on product roadmap, customer satisfaction, and company growth trajectory

  • Modern product: ProLender is undergoing significant modernization (UI, APIs, integrations); you'll be expanding a best-in-class platform

  • Strong economics: $15K per module per year; 15% adoption = $90K per additional percentage point adopted

  • Supportive leadership: Work with experienced founders and executives who understand expansion strategy

  • Career growth: Success in this role positions you for VP of Sales, VP of Product Marketing, or General Manager responsibilities

  • Equity upside: Meaningful equity stake with strong growth trajectory

Application Process

To apply, please submit: (1) your resume, (2) a brief cover letter highlighting your expansion or module adoption experience, and (3) examples of initiatives you've led that drove product adoption or upsell expansion in existing customer bases.
