As Director, Projects NA, you’ll head a team of ~40 professionals and a broad partner network, delivering mission-critical automation solutions across industries like pulp & paper, energy, marine, and other process sectors – ensuring a great variety and new challenges for every day. You’ll be part of a global Operations team of 700 experts across 21 countries.

Your mission:

Drive customer deliveries with high efficiency, profitability, and long-term satisfaction

Lead competence development of your team and foster a culture of quality and safety

Manage delivery processes and collaborate closely with North America sales and service teams

This role reports to the Vice President, Operations of the Automation Solutions Business Area and is part of the Global Operations Management Team. The position is based in Atlanta, USA, with travel required.

Deep understanding of the automation industry and project management

Communicates effectively in English (written and verbal)

Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in automation, engineering, or business management
