  • Helping others grow by sharing expertise and coaching team members.
  • Supporting our energy-saving goals by developing an energy management plan and helping systems run as efficiently as possible.
  • Coordinating and assisting space planning, office renovations, and moves—you’re part of making our spaces work better.
  • Teaming up with the general contractor, building supervisor or skilled trade professionals to sort out any maintenance concerns quickly.
  • Pitching in wherever needed (excluding licensed tasks) to help foster a supportive and collaborative team culture.

Warehouse

  • Owning the upkeep of your assigned office locations.
  • Keeping our inventory organized and making sure records stay accurate.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing items at the warehouse with care.

  • Coordinate and assist in office moves.
  • Ensure the safety and security of all locations, reporting concerns to Facilities, Security, or Facilities Team Lead.
  • Teaming up with building supervisors or skilled trade partners to fix maintenance issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Pitching in wherever needed (excluding licensed tasks) to help foster a supportive and collaborative team culture.

  • You’re comfortable working independently and as a part of a team.
  • You’re great at staying organized, managing your time, and keeping tasks on track.
  • With a dedicated work ethic and a demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, you’re the type of person people trust to show up consistently and get the job done.
