Essential Functions:
We are looking for a District Manager to lead operations across multiple convenience store and fuel locations. This role is all about driving sales, maximizing profitability, and building strong, engaged teams. You will report directly to the Regional Operations Director, working closely to deliver results and support strategic goals.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred. Other combinations of job-related experience and education that meet the requirements may be substituted.
3-5 years of retail business experience or more preferred; including minimum of 2 years of management responsibility.
Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word preferred.
Must have demonstrated leadership ability, good communication skills, be self-directed, self-motivated and customer service oriented. Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English.
Ability to supervise and train Store Managers in use of store equipment, tools and materials. Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the SM job description.
A current valid driver's license is required to operate a company vehicle.

Salary: $70K/yr - $90K/yr
