We are hiring Licensed Therapist/ Team Leader for Buncombe and McDowell Counties

The Position: Licensed Team Leader for Community Support Team:

  • Pay rate: $50,000 to $59,000 depending upon licensure and experience level

  • Licensure supervision for provisionally licensed team members.

  • Bonus: $2,000 hire on bonus

  • Schedule: we are hiring for full time with flexible work hours.

A licensed or provisionally licensed clinician in NC:  LCSW, LCSW-A, LCMHC, LCMHC-A, LMFT, LMFT-A. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in working with adults with substance use and/or mental health challenges. Position requires providing therapeutic interventions in a community setting.

Position Requirements:

  • A licensed or provisionally licensed clinician in NC:  LCSW, LCSW-A, LCMHC, LCMHC-A, LMFT, LMFT-A. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in working with adults with substance use and/or mental health challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing therapeutic services including assessments, crisis intervention, and individual therapy to adults in the community.

  • Assisting people with learning to live independently in their own homes.

  • Leading a team of behavioral health specialists, providing management support, supervision, and other related tasks to insure quality care of caseload of up to 48 individuals.

  • Serving individuals with wide variety of mental health and substance use diagnoses.

  • Facilitating relationships and serving as a link between the company, parents, guardians, local agencies and the community.

  • Supporting individuals with connections to services and referral for holistic treatment.

  • Working closely with other clinical/professional staff to maintain communication and providing feedback, standardizing procedures and expediting PCP implementation.

  • Ability to perform tasks on the computer including working with Microsoft 360, Excel, Word and other basic programs.
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation

  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

  • Ability to lift between 20 and 50 pounds and meet the physical requirements of performing CPR and therapeutic holds.
