As a Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist, you will be a vital part of our commercial operations, working closely with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and our customers to ensure seamless order execution and an excellent customer experience. You will contribute directly to business success by enabling accurate, timely, and reliable order-to-cash processes, supporting sales growth, and strengthening customer satisfaction. Essential Job Functions:
- Manage customer master data creation and updates, ensuring accuracy and compliance within internal systems
- Process and follow up on customer orders in a timely and accurate manner, from order receipt through delivery
- Coordinate timely billing activities and collaborate closely with Finance on invoicing and related matters
- Receive, document, and actively follow up on customer complaints, ensuring resolution and continuous improvement
- Arrange and coordinate domestic transportation with appointed service agents, monitor shipment progress, and ensure on-time delivery
- Support sales activities including quotations, price registration, sample arrangements, and customer requirement questionnaires
- Monitor receivables, overdue items, and payments in partnership with Sales and Finance to support healthy cash flow
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Min. 5+ years of professional experience in customer service, sales support, logistics, or a related function
- Fluency in written and spoken English; Japanese language skills are preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach and high attention to detail
