Support Manufacturing Site Transitions:
Provide expertise and support to manufacturing sites transitioning from legacy CMMS systems to the new Enterprise Computerized Asset Management System (CAMS).
Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with site stakeholders to understand current maintenance work management processes and systems, communicate the benefits and future state of CAMS, and identify what is changing, who is impacted and how to support the site with the transition to the new way of working.
Current State Discovery:
Conduct detailed assessments of existing maintenance processes and systems at sites to inform transition planning and change management strategies.
Maintenance Work Management Expertise:
Apply deep knowledge of maintenance work management processes and systems to support effective deployment of Standardized Work Management Process and CAMS.
Data Migration Understanding:
Collaborate with Global Program Teams and site stakeholders to ensure effective analysis, planning and execution of data migration activities from legacy systems to CAMS.
Support Training Initiatives:
Support training on work management processes for manufacturing sites and partner closely with the system training team to ensure effective knowledge transfer and adoption.
Hypercare Support:
Support hypercare to manufacturing sites following CAMS deployment, ensuring a smooth transition and addressing post-implementation issues as sites adapt to new processes and systems.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the project team and cross-functional partners to ensure successful transitions, sharing insights and supporting collective problem-solving.
Taking Direction from PMO:
Execute tasks and support deployment activities under the guidance and direction of the Project Management Office (PMO). Operate effectively within a project-driven environment, supporting site-specific deployment activities, tracking progress, and escalating issues as needed.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify and implement improvements to deployment processes and support strategies, enhancing the success of site transitions and ongoing adoption of CAMS.
Must Haves
Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience in Maintenance, Engineering, or related discipline
OR advanced degree and 2+ years of experience
Demonstrated expertise in maintenance work management processes and systems
Nice to Have
Experience supporting the deployment or transition of CMMS or enterprise asset management systems
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Experience collaborating in cross-functional and project-driven environments
Experience and understanding of Quality Management System (QMS)
Understanding of data migration processes
Familiarity with change management principles and practices
Understanding of project management concepts
PMP accreditation
Strong organizational, computer, and presentation skills
